Grass pavers are primarily made of polymers such as polyethylene (PE) or polypropylene (PP), which inherently possess excellent weather resistance and corrosion resistance. Therefore, under normal circumstances, grass pavers will not rot due to environmental factors. Furthermore, grass pavers have good compressive strength and impact resistance, capable of withstanding a certain weight and impact, ensuring their stability during use.
However, prolonged exposure to harsh environments or improper maintenance can damage grass pavers. For example, in humid environments, the breathability of grass pavers may be affected, leading to internal water accumulation and accelerating their aging process. Additionally, prolonged exposure to heavy loads can cause deformation or cracking. Therefore, to ensure the lifespan of grass pavers, a series of maintenance and upkeep measures are necessary.
