Installation
Plastic grass grid pavers are easy to assemble without special tools. It adapts seamlessly to irregular shapes and profiles, with the flexibility to trim any excess cells using basic cutting tools.
Installation Steps for it:
- Calculate the required installation area.
- Excavate and level the site.
- As needed, install any subgrade drainage, irrigation, or utility lines.
- Lay and compact a base of 2–10 mm gravel or washed paving sand to support the projected loads.
- Position the TurfPave® XD cells on the prepared base.
- Fill the cells with the recommended sand-soil mix for turf.
- Apply recommended moisture, water retention agents, and fertilizer.
- Place rolled turf or hydro-seed over the filled cells.
- Follow a regular maintenance schedule.
